With so much on offer, our facilities are often booked weeks in advance of school holidays. To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book early.

Daily Rates

Price per pet:

Hamsters, Gerbils, Degus: £2.00 per day. (Own cage preferable)

Rabbits, Guinea Pigs: £3.00 per day.

Small birds (Budgies etc.): £2.00 per day (Own cage preferable).

Parrots: £3.00 per day (Own cage preferable).

Reptiles: £3.00 per day. (Own viv preferable).

NEW! Chickens: £2.00 per day.

Discounts may apply for more than one pet - please ask staff for further details.

Terms and Conditions

  • 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that we do not make any exceptions to this rule even if you cancel your trip or make other arrangements as this is not fair to other customers who use this service!
  • In the case of late collection, a £5.00 penalty charge will be applicable for each day beyond the agreed date per animal.
  • Rabbits and Guinea Pigs must be treated for the prevention of Fly Strike, Fleas and Mites before admittance. We can perform this service with your permission for a fee of £4.00 per pet.
  • Excess cleaning charges will be levied on cages that arrive in sub standard condition. Depending on the severity, you may also be be reported to the RSPCA for failure to provide a suitable environment under the Animal Welfare Act, 2006.
  • All rabbits must be up to date on their vaccinations. Owners must show proof of vaccination before admittance.
  • If any animal shows signs of requiring veterinary attention whilst in our care, we will take them to the Woodlands Veterinary Group as appropriate. All charges will be added to the final total.
  • Daily rates include food, treats, and cage/viv cleaning. Other services such as the administration of medicine may incur additional agreed charges.
  • The Haslemere Pet Company will not be liable for any medical problems occurring as a result of a pre-exiting condition.
  • By leaving your pet with us you agree to adhere to the above terms and conditions
