How it Works

We understand that while many of you would love to support your local pet shop, finding the time to do so can be a bit of a challenge.

That’s why we’ve included local deliveries as one of our many services so that we can bring our pet shop right to your door!

Typical deliveries consist of  multiple boxes of Naturediet (4 +), sacks of wild bird food, small animal hutches, and monthly shopping lists.  

Payment Options

Ideally we would prefer that you pay before the delivery occurs. You may do this by:

• Dropping into the shop and paying for your order
• Contact us over our web site with your requirements and phone number and we will ring you back with your total and accept Credit or Debit card payment over the phone (Please do not send credit/debit card information via our contact form!)
• Phone the shop on 01428 643279 during trading hours, place your order and then pay with you credit/debit card.

Please note that all credit/debit card and till receipts will be included with your delivery.

Delivery Times

All deliveries take place on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings. Special delivery times can be arranged by speaking to a member of staff.

Please note that we prefer to deliver when a member of the household will be at home.

*Delivery Charges*

• Haslemere Town Centre: FREE
• Haslemere Area, Weyhill,Hammer, Camelsdale: FREE for orders over 25kg, or £25.00
• Fernhurst, Liphook, Grayshott, Beacon Hill, Churt: FREE for orders over £50.00 or for large items (such as a Rabbit Hutch for example). £5.00 for all other deliveries.
• Chiddingfold: FREE late evening delivery (after 9PM), otherwise £5.00 for all deliveries.
• Farnham: £5.00 for all deliveries.

Pay and Collect In Store

Beat the traffic warden (and car park charges) by ordering over the phone and paying with your credit/debit card.

We'll then get your order ready for same day collection, and all you have to do is pull up at the front of the shop, flick on your hazards and load up.  Simples!
